The wielding of War Mace « Chùy » (鎚) and « Trùy » (錐) concerns the teaching of the Battle Mallet « Dùi Trận » use.

In the ending TÙY (SUY 581~619) Dynasty and the begining ĐƯỜNG (TANG 618~907) Dynasty, valiant Generalissimo Lý-Nguyên-Bá (Li Yuan Pa 李元霸) was famous in the wielding of Two Matched War Maces called « Sky Destuctive War Maces - Phá Thiên Chùy 破 天 鎚 ».

Because of the structure completely different between War Maces Chùy (鎚) and Trùy (錐), lthe wielding techniques of these categories of medieval Weapons are totally different.

Students of Traditional Martial Arts of Việt-Nam must know make the distinction between these two categories of War Mallets mentioned previously concerning «Chùy» (鎚) and «Trùy» (錐).
